Red Deer Run Spring Fever
New Half Marathon 21k course for 2020.
A perfect start to spring training! A CHIP TIMED 5k/10k race along the paved trails of Red Deer with low low fees! Expect a well organized, laid-back, affordable race for runners, joggers & families of all ages and abilities. Our awesome volunteers make the day fun by ensuring you stay on course and cheer you on!

This is an inexpensive chip timed event giving runners the opportunity to participate without breaking the bank. To keep it affordable for all participants you will receive a race bib, timing chip and water at the finish line but no food or event swag will be provided.

8:30am: Race site opens
9:30am: Onsite registration closes
9:55am: Warm up
11:00am – 1:0opm: Recognition for top finishers
2:00pm : Race site closes

Runners will begin on the paved trail behind JJ’s Kitchen & Bar and run along the
trail for 2.5km before returning back to the start on the same trail.
Water Station will be at ~2.3km mark.
Washrooms at the start/finish line
Runners will run along the paved trail to Sunnybrook making a quick jaunt to 40th Ave before returning to the main trail and heading North past Kin Kanyon towards Rotary Park. Runners will then turnaround and follow the trail back to the finish line.
