Riders are expected to be prepared on course with at least an inner tube and pump. In the event of mechanical problems assistance will be available at the start, the rest stops and the finish. Rest Stops will be equipped to fix flats and minor repairs or adjustments.  If you’re not comfortable changing a tire, it might be a good idea to head down to your local bicycle dealer and they will gladly show you how it’s done to get you ready for the Chinook Classic. There will be mobile mechanics available for day-of emergency repairs only.
