1st offense = 4 min in the P.T.
2nd offense = 4 min in the P.T.

WETSUITS

Allowed and highly recommended!   Due to the nature of our climate, the water temperature can vary between 74 and 58 degrees Fahrenheit, therefore, it is recommended that you wear a wetsuit!

Note: We do have volunteers to help strip your wetsuit at the swim/bike transition, so please make sure that you are wearing something under your wetsuit!

SPORTSMANSHIP

Any competitor behaving in an unsportsmanlike manner will be disqualified on the spot. Our volunteers are the main reason this race is so great!

Please treat them with the utmost respect at all times, including all activities before and after the event.
