What is the condition of Highway 66?

We have requested the highway be cleaned for the race, however Alberta Transportation is unable to do so. We will sweep at the turn around point (10k mark) and the entry into Station Flats but you are responsible for your own safety, so please use caution while riding.

How does it work for transition between run to bike & bike to run. Do you get timed during transition or does clock stop at end of run, restart for bike, etc?

You will receive a time for your first run, bike, and overall finish time. At the end of the race, we will post all three times and from that you can determine how long each transition took you.

Partners will each have their own race bib and timing chip.

Please note that any items not picked up by 2pm on race day will be donated to charity.

Are there changing rooms if we need to change clothes between each leg?

The transition area will be in the parking lot area of Station Flats, so no, There are no changing rooms. Most athletes just change their shoes and maybe their top so a private changing area isn’t necessary. There are outhouses nearby if athletes need to do a complete change of clothing.
