Check in opens at 7:00am at the tents by the east beach entrance.  Running gear can be set up 15 minutes before each athlete’s swim wave in the transition zone.

SWIM COURSE

Lake Harmony is a clean, warm, fresh water lake ideal for swimming and aquatic sports.

  • The swim course map shows each age group distance.
  • Athletes swimming 2 laps will run an “Aussie Exit” between laps.
  • Note:  The orange buoy is pulled after the 10-11 age group.  Younger age groups will only see the yellow buoy.
  • If children do not feel confident, please either escort them in the water or provide them with a flotation device for their safety and enjoyment.

RUN COURSE

Parents are asked to ensure children are familiar with the run distance and turnaround point(s) for their age group.  Volunteers will be on course at turnarounds.
